Purchase:

• Due to many scammers from overseas, we will not be sending products overseas. We will only concentrate on Singapore and Malaysia. If you are a recommended friend of a returning customer, your situation might be considered.
  
  

Returns:

• Unless otherwise stated, there will be no warranty on products sold. If you have doubts please clarify before making a purchase.
  
  
• No refunds for damaged or unwanted products. Individual cases will be taken into account, no refunds but exchange for another desired product can be arranged.
  
  
• No returns or exchange for wrong order of products, we do not want to pay for your mistakes.
  

Delivery:

• For deliveries within Malaysia, Skynet will be the default courier, Lorry transport for heavy items.
  

• For deliveries within Singapore, for urgent orders:
  1) Self Pick up in JB, 2) Courier via Skynet, 3) Courier via Fed Ex
  
  
• All deliveries charges shall be paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
